Improving blending transitions with complex geometry

PlantFactory offers parameters for improving the geometry blending with parent and child in difficult areas, for example with displacement.

This tutorial shows how you can improve blending transitions in your model when using standard, non-subdivision surface blending. The new parameters from release 2021.2 allow for much better finetuning.

Note: The "Ignore Displacement" checkbox shown in the video has been replaced with a slider in the final release, thus allowing for even more control about the influence of displacement in transition areas.
