How to use orthographic projection in cameras

Orthographic projection is useful for stylized and architectural projects, but can be tricky to setup. Learn what to look out for in this tutorial.

Orthographic projection removes any perspective distortion that we know from looking at things with our own eyes or through a camera lens. It is a perspective style often used in architecture and engineering and it can be adjusted to be either isometric (all angles are identical) or axonometric (angles can be arbitrary).

When using orthographic projection, you have to be aware about your camera's angles and focal lengths to avoid unwanted effects. Learn more about how to setup and handle orthographic cameras in this tutorial.
