Setting up vertex colors and Ambient Occlusion in PlantFactory
Vertex colors can be used for a variety of different purposes. PlantFactory supports storing procedural material information from the plant graph as data in user-definable vertex color channels. In addition, pre-computed Ambient Occlusion can be stored as vertex color data alongside the mesh. This tutorial will teach you how to setup vertex sets and fill individual color channels with useful material effects.
