Using z-depth and alpha masks for depth of field

With the Z-Depth pass and scene alpha mask, depth of field can be achieved easily as a postwork effect in Photoshop.

Rendering depth of field can be computationally intensive and lead to long render times. It is often better to do it in post. In this tutorial, you will learn how to use the Z-Depth pass and scene alpha mask to create a depth of field effect as postwork in Photoshop.
