Dracaeana draco, the dragon tree from Canary Islands is a strange 20 meters high tree that looks like directly coming from prehistoric times. Dracaena draco grows as a single trunk immediately ramified by dense and thick branches that form a perfect umbrella shape. A peculiar trait of this species is it exudes a red sap when cut: the dragon blood!
