Eucalyptus pauciflora, the snow gum, is a small Eucalyptus tree which rarely exceeds 15 meters in height. This hardy eucalyptus lives on the mountain peaks of southern Australia and Tasmania where several subspecies coexist: pauciflora pauciflora, pauciflora debeuzevillei and pauciflora niphophila. The small size of this Eucalyptus, its multicolored graphic bark and its resistance to cold make it one of most planted eucalyptus genus in temperate regions.
