Yellow bush lupine

Yellow bush lupine
(Lupinus arboreus)

from the west coast of North America

Lupinus arboreus, the yellow bush lupine, is commonly found along the shores in California and Oregon, in stones and dunes. It is one of the rare species of lupine growing into a real bush, up to 1.5 meter in all directions. The yellow bush lupine is very attractive for its big yellow and fragrant blooms growing out of an elegant silver foliage. This species is more and more cultivated, and it can also be found in the wild in the UK.

This species is available with a license for the PlantCatalog.
